AMC currently holds several Government term contracts for maintenance, renovation and emergency work. Government work requires very heavy background checks for high security project sites and we have been vetted by the best. These types of projects are also very paperwork heavy with close oversight and reporting. The larger projects require 100% performance and payment bonds which requires a long history of successful projects along with great company credit and consistent solvency. look for list of locally owned businesses
